If you are not a fan of a hood, the K350 Midweight Mock Neck Zip-Front Sweatshirt is the Carhartt option for you. The next layer may or may not be needed depending on how cold it is on the job site. This layer usually consists of a shirt and possibly a sweatshirt. These shirts are constructed of a 6.75-ounce, 100% cotton jersey making it last longer than other shirts.
